Our permanent housing program is a referral program that aims to assist in providing stable housing solutions for individuals and families facing homelessness. Our referrals services focus on providing individuals and families with resources that will help in creating safe and affordable housing options that will create a sustainable path towards independent living.
Qualified participants are referred to our collaborative partners such as, property owners, local housing authorities, and community partners who accept the following:
The Transitional housing referral program serves individuals and families in need of temporary shelter. Our program is designed to bridge the gap between homelessness and permanent housing by referral a safe and stable living environment for our participants. Participants receives referrals to a temporary place to live while they work to rebuild their lives. We collaborate with Community Partners, and Property Owners.
Program offers referral resources for emergency accommodations in temporary hotels and shelters, and resources for shared housing, these programs aid to assist individuals facing homelessness or the danger of becoming homeless and ensures them access to secure, safe and appropriate accommodations during their transition period.
Individuals experiencing homelessness or at-risk, we provide transportation services to ensure that they reach the safety of emergency housing quickly and securely. We provide services to the shelters, hotels and shared housing.
